So, all day yesterday Brad and I sat up waiting for Zero-Raws to release their 720p of Occult Academy 4. Well, they were all "NAWW LOL GON RELEASE ERRYTHANG BUT OA", so I ended up falling asleep. Just woke up and the raw's out now though, so sorry for the delay. It'll be up momentarily...well, the .ass will be at least.

Hiring TRANSLATORS for the Fall!

So, we're looking to sub either Panty & Stocking, Bakuman or Star Driver. I can see Bakuman getting a CR release, but regardless, we're still looking for a translator. Also a Steins;Gate anime was announced so if that's airing this fall, that's another possibility.

No ASS, here's the torrent. I ended up doing this one myself besides for Chris giving me the ED script, between preparing for a LAN party with some friends, as both Chris and Zach were off dicking around. So here's EP 3, now with proper karaoke OP, and now ED lyrics. As usual, some things were fixed, and this was muxed on Zero-Raws.

Occult 03 & 05 delays (; A;)

So, apparently this is a pretty busy month for Brad - the encoder/muxer/seeder/uploader. He's out of town for until next week, and then at Otakon a couple weeks after. Due to this, the only releases we'll have for Occult are the .ass files since I just do those directly. However, episode 4 SHOULD be just fine.

I agree that Brad needs to stop doing social things. But it IS Otakon.

So yeah. 3 and 5 will only have .ass' for the time being. 4 should be alright.

Anyways, this one was pretty much all Brad. He did the OP karaoke and styled/retimed and shit. I was too busy being tired from working overnight shifts.

New Staff + Occult 2 later today

Hello there, internets. We've come across two new staffer. Chris, who's our karaoke guy (although Brad did OP karaoke iirc for ep 2 so...) and future translator (he's learning Japanese at college or whatever idk), & EJ - whose job is actually nothing more than watching the shit we sub and pointing out mistakes.

Also, we're just waiting on Zero-raws now. The subs are all prepped up, just gotta retime them and we're good. So expect a release hopefully not at 4am this time.

Alrighty, here's [FFS-FS]'s first release ever: Occult Academy! Until we get our translator back or a new translator, we're just piggybacking and fixing up Crunchyshit's subs. So essentially it's just fixed crunchy subs, remuxed on zero raws, etcetc. If you don't wanna download the remuxed version, and already have Zero-Raws's release, just grab the .ass file.

Hopefully y'all enjoy. And we're still looking for a committed translator, so hit us up if you know one/are one.

Jesus tapdancing Christ it's late. Or early...I don't know anymore. It's 5 in the god damn morning, and let me just say - even though all I fucking did was re-time some crunchyshit, I honestly have a new-found respect for fansubbers. This shit ain't easy. Though it's pretty fun.

So yep, I'm Zach. I time and sub. There's some other guy named Brad but he'll show up later with the release of Occult Academy. It's not that different from CR/HorribleSubs, except we timed it to ZeroRaws, cleaned it up a bit, timed it a bit better, changed some awkward wording, etc etc etc.
